Parent & Professional is a coaching business working with companies to support employees through the transition of becoming a parent at work and beyond; to achieve better work-life balance to address performance and mental health issues.
In partnership with Benicate, which provides strategic reputation solutions to organisations, they have launched a thought-leadership campaign around achieving gender equality to highlight the importance of creating genuinely parent-friendly workplaces to empower women to find the balance that’s right for them.
I designed a 16-page report titled ‘Closing the gender pay gap’. The main aim of the reporting was to target HR directors and to help P&P to stand out and to win more significant cultural change projects. The choice of design strategy reflects P&P thought expertise in a sophisticated and modern manner. Working alongside business guidelines, I aimed for a sleek, clean layout with some illustrative touches.
