The Validium Group

The Validium Group, established in 1998, is a provider of Employee Assistance Programmes, Trauma Management, Psychological Services and training, working in close partnership with customer organisations to provide a holistic approach to optimising employee mental well-being. I was approached to create a complete branding solution that encapsulated the core brand values of Validium. 

The research was mainly focused around the word ‘validium’ as the main element to create something both familiar and new. Sharp edges had been defining all corporate fonts since the launch of Validium. By softening the ascender, I demonstrated Validium’s greatest strength, which is its ability to apply its passion, expertise and innovation to create ‘flexible bespoke’ solutions.

It is the evolution of an established brand that can adapt to changing trends, a brand that can stay relevant and reach out to new customers.
