The event campaign was to promote Mayor's Ball, which takes place each year in High Wycombe to raise funds for the Mayor's chosen charities, such as Scannappeal and Wycombe Homeless Connection.
Each year, 200-300 people attend a dinner/dance, where several local dignitaries, such as Mayors of other towns, the High Sheriff and Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshireaan local government counsellors are present.
The event usually receives coverage in the local newspaper, 'The Bucks Free Press.' I designed a poster that gave information about the event. As this was a formal event, the artwork had to reflect the dignity of the office of the Mayor.
